A porcelain ginger jar hand painted in underglaze blue with floral designs within circles and washed brushwork around the bottom of the body, with a carved wooden lid with a longevity seal, the bowl has a six character Shunzhi mark on the underside, and is hand painted in underglaze blue with the Daoist Immortals on the exterior and motifs of the Eight Buddhist Treasures on the interior amidst clouds, a brass band around the outside of the rim.
