Late 19th or early 20th century, the frame with a pietra dura central plaque portraying a floral motif, hinged cover with decorative pierced and engraved foliate surround, a splayed support engraved with "Curing Hope Hastings;" together with a satin glass jewelry casket with neoclassical and floral motif, double handled and gold tone hardware, raised on four stylized feet.
