Qing dynasty (1644-1911), 19th century, the body of porcelain drum is elaborately decorated with auspicious symbols in vivid colors, a myriad of birds and lush flowers including a pair of peacocks on one side and a pair of phoenixes on the reverse side, on either side double coins linked in pairs are surrounded by Buddhist treasure symbols, the top is decorated with four shaped medallions with water-dwelling animals including a pair of fish, a frog, a crab, and a crustacean.
