1830s, mahogany and rosewood veneer, sliding top revealing an embossed leather checker and backgammon surfaces, paneled to all four sides, the right side with one drawer, the left side with pull-out later embossed leather waste receptacle, reeded legs, stretcher base, on brass casters, includes bone chess pieces and dice, and wood backgammon chips.
