Partially printed document, Boston, Massachusetts, May 11, 1793, one page with verso docketing, octavo (6.25 x 7.75 in.), here Ebenezer Storer presents a claim against Moses Wiley and Robert Fitts for an unpaid note overdue from 1788. Adams penned the bulk of this manuscript and signed the docketing on one panel. Presented in a double-sided wooden frame.

Slightly uneven edges; light stains and two vertical folds; the ink remains bold and entirely legible.
