The first depicting Chilton Lodge, Berkshire (West of Reading; North of Southampton), dated October 12, 1830, monogrammed at lower right, matted and framed under glass (DOA 9 x 11.25 in.); the second attributed to John Louis Petit (French, 1795-1876), unsigned, matted and framed under glass (DOA 12.25 x 13 in.).

Good estate condition - not examined out of the frame.
