Virginia, attributed to Winchester, circa 1800, yellow pine secondary, two-part form, the dovetailed box featuring a hinged lid with banded border and quarter fan inlays, open interior showing no signs of having dividers, the stand with applied molded edge, pull-out drink slide, the upper stiles with burlwood panel, raised on tall square tapered legs with line inlay and front cuff.

Tight shrinkage cracks to lid; later brass hinges; drink slide secondary and slide guides rebuilt; applied stand molding with chips and losses; front inlaid lower cuffs and front right inlaid banding at skirt on leg appear later; overall good estate condition.
