Mark attributed to Dominikus Kott, circa 1870, 13 loth (.812 fineness), including two likely original enameled glass inkwell and sander, the stand in the Rococo style with tall support for a bell and applied cartouche with period script monogram "EF," sold with two silver (one marked sterling) fountain pens.
