19th century, mixed woods, rectangular case with conforming hinged lid featuring a raised acanthus carved plinth and gadrooned border edge, open interior, the front panel featuring Primavera after Botticelli, flanked by applied busts, side panels with applied shield, carved border to base and raised on four carved paw feet.
