Similar to the tobacco warehouse pictured in the previous lot, Roycroft's Warehouse was a large structure that held tobacco auctions in Durham (1928 to 1987). The warehouse, which is no longer in existence, covered an entire city block in downtown Durham between Foster Street, Seminary Street, Rigsbee Avenue, and Hunt Street.

Some minor light surface abrasions primarily only visible in raking light; toning to matting.
