Included with this lot is the original typed text written by the president of the Society of American Etchers, John Taylor Arms, to accompany and introduce Lewis' Chance Meeting. The inscription on the document envelope reads "For Paul Jennewein the II [possibly the sculptor], from the Richards, July 1941."

Some toning and mat burn; some scattered foxing only in margins; previous hinging top edge.
