Late 18th century, oak and pine secondary, slant front lid and drawer fronts with string inlays, hinged lid open to reveal divided and drawered interior with finely inlaid prospect door with inlaid moth, opens to interior well with two drawers, with later leather writing surface, case with two over three graduated and cockbeaded drawers, raised on shaped bracket feet.
