Early 1900s, ingenious way to sell multiple brands of needles, shuttles, and bobbins in a rotating tin canister that holds wooden cases (vials) of needles and shuttles and metal clips of bobbins, just dial up the brand needed and slide open the tin door. Numerous vials remain.
