These highly desirable trailers rarely come to market. Casita is a family owned and operated factory direct manufacturer of lightweight travel trailers since 1983. This 13' model is special because they do not manufacture this small size any longer. Built on a steel frame with a sturdy and lightweight fiberglass shell, this model is lightweight enough to be towed with a Crossover sized automobile. The aerodynamic qualities with result in better gas efficiency.

With an insulated interior to reduce condensation and noise. Private shower and toilet combination has the privacy of larger trailers. Includes comfortable sleeping accommodations, quality storage space, and large screened windows for an airy feeling. This is accomplished with spacious sitting and sleeping features that easily convert.

This model was ordered specially with the High Lift Axle for greater ground clearance, and the Friction Anti-Sway Control Bar. Exterior standard features include dual LP gas tanks with cover, exterior lights, city water connection, 25' service cord, locking power cord and fresh water hatches, 12v battery pack, 110 volt exterior outlet, led running lights, 15" tires and wheels, spare tire with cover, electric brakes with safety chains, and manual tongue jack.

Interior features include front mounted A/C, three way 1.9 cu ft refrigerator, microwave ready, two burner gas range with hood and light, and sink. The storage compartments are all lined with carpet, and features indoor/outdoor carpet. The windows are screened and include mini-blinds. The dinette easily converts to a bed with 4" cushions. There is a wardrobe closet, lots of lighting and outlets available and a power roof fan.

The lavatory area features a custom marine grade fiberglass shower with a sink, and toilet. There is a screened window with a roof fan. For water there is a fifteen gallon black water tank, a thirteen gallon gray water tank, and a sixteen gallon fresh water holding tank. It also has a six gallon hot water heater, with a 12v on demand water system. It features all of the safety features you would expect including a safety egress window, smoke detector, LP gas detector, fire extinguisher, deadbolt door lock, and GFI electrical outlets.
