The 3 Series no longer offered the short wheel base chassis FHC configuration. This afforded roomier interiors of the convertibles. It is fitted with correct fifteen inch wire wheels with knock offs.

This wonderful car underwent a complete restoration that took over two years to complete. It was commissioned by the family of the original owner upon his passing, in his honor. Exterior in silver metallic, and the interior in black leather. The black vinyl top is tight fitting and is fairly quiet during driving. It appears that during the restoration as much of the original car was utilized as possible. The original spare tire is present as well as the tool bag. For the US market rubber bumpers for the front bumpers were fitted, along with side indicators upfront.
