Circa 1868-1886, serial #4476, key wind and set, the signed white dial with Roman numeral hour markers, outer minute register, sunken subsidiary dial at the 6:00 hour, and with blue steeled fine spade hands, housed in an engraved case with scenic and floral motifs and engine turn work, curvette and case interiors signed P.W. Co. / 16295 and with impressed phoenix.
