Meiji (1868-1912) or Taisho period (1912-1926), a pair of large bottle satsuma vases painted in millefleurs with vibrant blossoms against a copper ground, finely potted and proportioned, with red mark to underside, now drilled and set in wooden mounts as lamps, come together with lampshades.
