Early 19th century, two part form, mahogany, mixed wood inlays, poplar secondary, upper cabinet with central inlaid prospect door with open compartment over a single drawer, flanked by two tambour doors with pigeon hole and drawered interior, the stiles and frieze with geometric and bellflower inlay, hinged writing surface with line inlay, loper supports, later green felt writing surface, lower case with two graduated, inlaid and cock beaded drawers, raised on square tapered legs with bellflower inlay.
