Mid-19th century, marked to one scrolled foot, bold foliate scrolls decorate the standard and each of three arms, the scrolled feet with single flower to knee, engraved to one cartouche on base "I. E. Goldstein / President / 1942 - 1950 / United Hebrew Congregation" and another cartouche with engraved sphinx, with matching set of cut glass bowls.
