Circa 1840, walnut posts, cherry and white pine elements, the fully carved posts feature a cannon ball finial, acanthus carved capitals over tapered bold reeded columns with repeating acanthus carved urns, shaped headboard, raised on turned tapered feet.

Scuffs and surface wear; crack and repair to headboard; later hook form rails (posts adjusted to fit).
