Originally from Newark, New Jersey, Mark Howard earned his BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art. His commissioned public art works are found throughout Cleveland and a paper cutout silhouette is in the collection of the Cleveland Museum of Art. He has also exhibited internationally and was included in the Biennale Internazionale dell’ Arte Contemporanea, Florence, Italy, 2001.
