Meiji period (1868-1912), mirror decoration in gold shakudo, silver, and copper inlay of a peacock in pine tree and reverse with little boys at play by rocks, a fierce demon face in high relief serves as handles with oval rings flanking each urn, raised on three lion feet with foo lion mask heads at top of each, circular base with hole in the center, key motif around the edge.

Some rubbing and wear with discoloration in areas; a few minor nicks to the rim.
