With a Ford 351 cubic inch Windsor engine, and a three speed automatic transmission. The car was built and designed to be called a safety vehicle. Enhanced steel frame around the cockpit, and fuel tank, along with impact absorbing bumpers, provided greater accident protection than was found in other vehicles. The gull wing doors, and pop up headlights operate from a compressor system and air hydraulics. With power steering, front disc brakes, and 15" aluminum mag wheels with correct BF Goodrich tires. The hydraulic door system was replaced with an air actuated system for faster operation.
Exterior in Safety Orange, the fiberglass and acrylic panels were color impregnated from the factory. The interior is tan, with brown vinyl trim.

One-Owner from New / Stamford Connecticut and Hertford, North Carolina. All original dealer paperwork, and title from purchase is present. A manufacturers brochure, a factory parts catalog, and all service records are also present. The engine, front of car, and engine compartment were repainted in 1984, likely due to an engine fire. The records indicate a body off restoration was performed in 1994.

Some cracking to fiberglass around drivers door; auxiliary air fitting added for enhanced door operation after sitting for long periods; drivers side door does not fully open, compared to passenger door; a/c compressor does not have a belt; no other apparent concerns.
