England, circa 1900-1922, featuring gilt latticework and foliate patterns against a blue ground; all marked to underside in green underglaze "ROYAL DOULTON / ENGLAND" and additionally stamped "TIFFANY & COMPANY / NEW YORK," numbered "HB9647a / H75," and most with other marks and impressed numbers.
