Certain auction items and/or services may have restricted uses or other qualification, which affect value. There are no expressed or implied warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property of services, and in no event shall the Contemporary Art Foundation, Inc. or its representatives be responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, genuineness, authenticity, or condition of the property or services. Only the amount, if any, in excess of the fair market value of an item purchased can be considered a charitable contribution. It may be difficult, if not impossible, to establish the fair market value of one-of-a-kind items.
