Selling Process

Review

Our specialists have years of training and expertise. They will review your items, ascertain whether they would be successful at auction, and follow up for a personal discussion.

step 2

Complete a Consignment Agreement

Once our specialists have accepted your items for consignment, we will send you a consignment agreement stipulating terms of sale. This can be completed digitally or in person.

step 3

Auction Day

Your items will be catalogued, photographed, and placed in one of our auctions for sale. Our online, transparent bidding process allows you to follow their sale from the posting of the auction catalogue through the final sale.

step 4

Settlement

Within 30 days of the sale of your property, you will receive a digital settlement statement. Once you have signed your settlement, your proceeds will be mailed to you.

What happens to my items once you have them?

From inventory management to cataloguing to photography and marketing, every piece that comes through our doors is given the white glove treatment. Our Department Directors, who have decades of experience in their fields, research and catalogue the inventory, our talented photographers produce high resolution photos of each piece so that online bidders can preview remotely, and our marketing team identifies and connects with a precise audience for every category.
