IMPORTANCE OF TERMS
Please take the time to read the following set of terms and conditions for the auction. By obtaining a Bidder Number, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Bidder is responsible for any and all activity, bids, and purchases involving Bidder's account. Once a bid has been placed, it cannot be lowered or deleted. LLA, Ltd. and CAM Raleigh shall not be held liable for negligent bidding activity.

REGISTRATION
Bidders may create an account at LelandLittle.com. After signing in to the LelandLittle.com account, complete all necessary steps presented (e.g. agreeing to Terms of Sale) in order to proceed with bidding. All domestic US bids must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa. International bidders must acknowledge wire transfer payment terms.

BIDDING
Absentee and live real-time internet bidding is available at LelandLittle.com. When Absentee bidding, you may accept the current asking bid or enter a maximum bid value. Live real-time internet bidding does not allow a maximum bid to be entered, only the current asking bid may be accepted. Once a lot has opened for live real-time internet bidding, absentee bids can no longer be placed. LLA, Ltd. cannot be held liable for bids that are not sent or received by the server.

The Online-Only Auction has a soft close; each lot will have a 20 second timer after it opens for live real-time internet bidding. Any lot that receives a bid within the last 15 seconds will have its bidding time extended to 15 seconds. Any and all lots will close either at the designated closing time or at such point that it has not received an advanced bid within a 15 second time frame. Outbid notifications will not be received within five lots of any lot opening for live real-time internet bidding.

All bids will be executed in a fair, competitive and confidential manner. While every effort is made to execute and honor bids, LLA, Ltd. is not responsible for failure to execute a bid and is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of failure to execute a bid. If you are bidding live, real-time online at LelandLittle.com, please bid quickly as there may be a time delay in receiving the live bid. Whether bidding via absentee or real-time, a confirmation will be required to finalize your bid. All bids are time stamped. In case of identical bids, the first bid received will take precedence. Where appropriate, bids will be rounded down to the nearest amount consistent with the auctioneer’s bidding increments.

Thank you for bidding at CAM Raleigh’s Auction. All bids and auction items support the Contemporary Art Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization (EIN: 56-1376-155) of CAM Raleigh and CAM Raleigh’s exhibitions, education, and community programs. Bidders bid with the understanding that they may be bidding above fair market value for charitable purposes.

PAYMENTS
If you are a successful bidder, CAM Raleigh will send you an invoice following the auction and will collect payment.

CHECKOUT/PICKUP OF ITEMS
Winning bidders may pay the Contemporary Art Foundation, Inc. by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. CAM Raleigh will process all payments and arrange pick up or delivery of the items for winning bidders. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds.

SHIPPING AND PICK-UPS
Auction lots are not on-site at Leland Little Auctions. All pick-ups must be coordinated with CAM Raleigh.

DISPUTES
Any and all disputes resulting or arising in connection with this auction shall be heard in the General Court of Justice of Wake County, North Carolina as the sole and exclusive venue.

LEGAL INTERPRETATIONS
This document will be interpreted by the laws of the State of North Carolina and by the United States Code.
