Chinese Bronze Censer and Cover

With apochryphal Xuande six character mark to the underside, 19th century or earlier, the pierced cover featuring a motif of dragons amidst clouds and surmounted by a lion and cubs, the rectangular form body with dragon handles, the sides featuring dragons and other mythical beasts amidst waves, the whole raised on four legs with lion mask knees and paw feet.
