Late 19th century, consisting of two men and two women clad in peasant garb. Francesco Uliaco produced similar figures during the 18th century for the Villa Valmarana Al Nani near Vicenza. Dwarf statues based on Uliaco's works also decorated the outdoor pavilion at Chinqua Penn Plantation near Reidsville, North Carolina.
