19th century, black lacquer interior and underside of box and underside of tray, the lid is carved with a riverside landscape scene with figures, the sides have a key motif, tray has same key motif decorating the border.
DOA 2 x 7 x 6 in.
Good condition with minor chips to interior edge and bottom edge of the box; tray shows some wear in area where box rested.
