Meiji period (1868-1912), of baluster form, cast in relief with a fierce dragon coiled around the tall neck, the body decorated in high relief with panels featuring two figures and pine trees on one side and a bird with plum blossoms on the other, clouds swirl in relief over a leiwen ground, with carved seal on bottom, mounted with drilled holes in top and bottom now as a lamp.

HOA 28 in.

Good estate condition, a single small hole drilled into the neck on the opposite side of the high relief dragon.
