By Utagawa Yoshikazu (Japanese, act. 1850-70) entitled "Shosha Amerikajin" ("True Picture of Americans") and the other depicting a Dutch couple, both prints are framed under glass, these prints are from the Yokohama-e genre that depicted the foreigners beginning to arrive in Japan as it opened to the outside world at the end of the Edo period.

DOA: 19.75 x 13.75 in. (each)

Fair to poor condition; foxing throughout on both prints and some slight fading.
