18th-19th century, with everted ends in raised scroll finishing, very elaborately carved bracket-like apron with open spirals, vertical spandrels are decoratively carved.

Altar tables served as the focal point in the formal central hall of a traditional Chinese home. They were used as domestic altar tables in Confucian households for ancestor worship.

Good estate condition with some cracks to the top and nicks and loss to the top edges, one noticeable loss on the top of scroll end.
