19th-20th century, calligraphy verse with two red seals on upper right hand corner of the painting, hanging scroll that has been cut and framed under glass, ink, green pigment and gesso on silk, mountainous landscape with figures having tea on the riverbank.

Overall good condition with some yellowing spots to the silk in various places.
