Includes a large dish with overglaze blue painted abstract designs over slip, unglazed ring around the center and unglazed over the foot (one hairline crack on side, glaze defects), dish with birds and a plum blossom tree, blue and white with dark red cross-hatching, unglazed foot (one hairline crack, some glaze defects on rim, some chipped), medium dish with overglaze blue painted fish with dark red cross-hatching, unglazed foot (one hairline crack), small dish with four fish swimming around a central Chinese character in dark blue overglaze (multiple hairline cracks, harden dark substance on underside in three places.)

From the collection of a gentleman who worked for the state department starting in the late 1950s and later for the United Nations. He and his wife lived in many places in Southeast Asia and also in Ethiopia.
