19th century, porcelain with polychrome painted panels of dragons, phoenix, butterflies, and flowers on the body against a light blue base, raised dots on surface, top has floral decoration, yellow background along rim and blue in the center, four original holes are visible, the center hole fitted with lamp pole, pots sit on raised painted wooden bases, comes together with two lamp shades.
