The case being English, circa 1830, contains (16) glass drug bottles, most affixed with the paper label of "W.H. JUSTUS / Pharmacist / Hendersonville / North Carolina" along with a portable brass balance scale and weights, housed in a rectangular upright rosewood veneered case, the full length cabinet doors swing open to reveal interior shelves and two drawers. The case has a secret back panel that slides open to reveal a shelf holding four bottles, the case retains a working lock with a key.
