Purchased by Ms. Boykin in 1962 from The Old Print Shop Inc., New York, NY, after seeing this painting illustrated in Magazine Antiques. Copies of the advertisement and her correspondence with Robert Harley of The Old Print Shop Inc. accompany this lot.

Appears to be in very fine condition, two creases to sky and some minor foxing to sky, not examined out of frame.
