Decorated in the Renaissance style, carved bone handle featuring a crest with griffins and knights, the guard of carved bone, forged steel blade, carved bone scabbard with profile portraits of four kings and with carved fruitwood tip.

Some old cracks, wear to blade; looseness to scabbard. Wire supports to scabbard. Condition note: there is a chip to the connecting collar on the scabbard, which appears to have been an old repaired break. The chip is present. The scabbard is now in three parts - the connecting collar, the top section, and the lower section.
