Likely Portuguese with the ca. 1761-1770 Oporto mark, the well with bright-cut engraved decoration, the underside bearing two hallmarks - one a crowned "P" and the other "K18" in a rectangular punch; with a cast and applied grape motif lobed gallery and raised on three cast and applied paw feet (with no visible hallmarks to the applied sections).
