French, 1902-1924, retailed through Saks & Company New York, composed of traditional monogram canvas with original stamped brass fittings, the outside trimmed and bound by monogrammed leather trim, the interior trimmed in buff canvas lining with inside envelope pocket to the top of the case, the interior with fittings for tray, labeled on the interior "From Saks & Co New York" and with a second label reading "Louis Vuitton" and numbered "775719". Front with painted initials "M.E.B.".
