Two Rare and Early Rhinestone Clips, Eisenberg

Circa 1930s to 1940s, the first of shield shape and in the classic Eisenberg style, set with numerous oval, pear, emerald cut, and round, foil backed white rhinestones of varying sizes, completed by its fur clip back stamped "Eisenberg Original" the stamp dating the brooch between 1935 an 1940, mounted in rhodium plated metal and completed by its original box; the second example in sterling and of very rare form, designed as a stylized cornucopia and set with numerous round light yellow open backed rhinestones, further accented by small foil backed white rhinestones, completed by a fold over fur clip and stamped "Eisenberg Original" as well as sterling with stamp dating the piece between 1943 and 1948, completed by its original gold wash finish.

The first brooch in good condition for age with some cloudiness to two largest pear shaped rhinestones but still presents very good overall, the second brooch in excellent condition for age with mellowing to gold wash finish, the original box for the first clip is in fair condition but all of it is present.
