Italian, 2004, designed as a very large tote bag composed of printed cotton canvas printed with a leopard motif, further accented by hand cut and stitched brown leather trim and detailing throughout, completed by double top handles in brown leather, the front embossed "Roberto Cavalli/Wild/New York/12.3.2004", the interior labeled "Roberto Cavalli" and "Made in Italy."

This tote, done in Roberto Cavalli's iconic animal print, is a limited edition bag which commemorated the opening of the exhibition "Wild: Fashion Untamed" at the Met Costume Institute, which was sponsored by Mr. Cavalli himself. It is probable, based on the markings and date on this piece, that this bag was given to special clientele who attended the exclusive invite only early preview party.

In excellent condition with very minimal wear in the form of a couple of very light markings to leather trim, not noticeable when worn or displayed.
