Second Rococo period, circa 1870, the floral encrusted clock case of cartouche form with trellis pierced sides and an enameled face with Roman numerals, surmounted by a young boy, supported by a rockwork base molded with scrolls and applied with figures of a youth, a girl with basket, and a young lady. Underside marked by pommel crossed swords in underglaze blue and impressed 572.
