Lady Emma Hamilton (1765-1815) was perhaps the most celebrated English model, entertainer and socialite of her day. She is best known for being Lord Admiral Nelson's mistress during his final years. These drawings, showing her in classical settings, were made while she was living with Lord William Hamilton as his mistress in Naples. The couple eventually wed, giving Emma the title she is known by today.

Not examined out of frame. Prints have light staining, few small tears. Frames have nail holes on bottom.
