French, circa 1940s-1950s, designed as a petit size bag of iconic steamer form, the body composed of classic monogram canvas with natural vachetta leather trim, the interior lined in typical brown cotton, completed by an adjustable sliding double leather closure with top handle and luggage tag, old worn monogram in red and black to the front of the bag.

This bag pre dates modern date codes and traditional stamping to interior.

In good vintage condition with definite wear throughout. There is wear to the vachetta leather throughout in the form of water marks, scratches, and general wear from use as well as light cracking from dryness, the canvas is in over all excellent condition with only light markings throughout, the original red monogram being indiscernible and almost completely worn off, interior with only slight signs of use. The bag is still very usable as is.
