This painting may possibly be from Jackson's "Porch People Series." He lived in a section of Norfolk, Virginia known as "Ghent" and many of his works portrayed people in this area sitting on their porches. They were unaware that Jackson was watching them from his car and capturing them on film for later reincarnations on canvas.

No apparent condition concerns - there is what appears to be a bristle from the artist's paint brush in the upper right corner (see photograph).
