19th century, the circular gilt metal plaque embellished with hardstones featuring figures gathered beneath a pine tree and clouds, a single stag standing sentinel to one side, the gilt metal with chased floral and foliate rim and Greek key motif to edge, the reverse decorated with further foliate and floral scrollwork. The screen supported by an intricately pierced and carved hardwood stand featuring animals (possibly chilong) writhing amidst lingzhi. Plaque 14 5/8 in. diameter; HOA 26.75 in.
