19th century, having a floral ruyi at shoulder, the body decorated with a procession of figures, one astride a horse, several carrying fly whisks, all with excellent detail. Vase was potted in two sections with the line of joinery visible. An earlier oil lamp burner was set into the vase, then converted to an electric lamp topped with a pierced jade finial.
