Late Meiji, the flower arranger with a prominent signature on one leg, the top section telescopes into the lower one (HOA 12.5 in.) (intact with pleasing patina); the pricket candlestick cast as a crane holding a lotus blossom while standing upon a dragon-like turtle which in turn hosts a smaller, more conventional animal (11.5 in.) (mellow old patina; numerous repairs visible at joints).
